With the solid colour process, you can faithfully reproduce any RAL or Pantone colour. The range of colours is vast. The finished product is precisely the colour you want because the ink is not affected by firing.

The solid colour process uses technologies that allow for total application uniformity: a guarantee of a consistent and repeatable product. Cabin pressurisation prevents dust from compromising paint quality. Software solutions ensure full control and maximum performance.

Each step can use different solutions, because each of our customers is unique.
### The solid colour process uses UV inks and involves several spray applications alternating with drying phases. The first layer applied is the adhesion primer, followed by the colour and a final layer that gives the finished high-gloss effect.
